Tournament Information
FORMAT:
Teams comprised of one professional and three amateurs. 18-Hole Individual Low Pro and Team Event Quota System. The overall team winner is the team that accumulates the most points above their total quota. If no team exceeds their quota, then the winners will be the team that is closest to achieving their overall quota.
Each amateur’s quota shall be initially determined by subtracting his/her Adjusted Handicap Index from 36. Amateurs must possess a handicap from Iowa PGA Golf Network, GHIN or CDGA that will be used as the index for the tournament. The maximum handicap for any golfer will be 28.
POINT SYSTEM:
Bogey = 1 point, Par = 2 points, Birdie = 4 points, Eagle = 8 points, double eagle = 12 points
Individual PGA Open Division, Senior Division and Super Senior Division.
ENTRY FEE BREAKDOWN:
Professionals: $110 includes extra charges (Super Senior entries reduced by $15)
Amateurs: $160 includes extra charges
GOLF PROFESSIONALS:
• Age 49 and below – only eligible for the Open Division
• Ages 50 to 59 – eligible to sign up for the Senior Division only or may sign up to play both the Senior Division and/or the Open Division
• Ages 60 and up – eligible to sign up for the Super Senior Division only or Senior and Super Senior or all three divisions
DONATIONS:
Each golf professional who enters this event will be asked to provide a donation that may be used in the games package or silent auction. Ideas include golf equipment or non-golf products. When donating non-golf products don't be afraid to think outside the box! Iowa PGA office will be contacting you prior to the event, to ask what you will be donating. Thank you.
GAMES PACKAGE:
Each hole will include a special game for the amateur golfers (long drive, closest to the hole, etc). Winners of these games will win valuable prizes. Amateurs will have the ability to enter the Games Package for $50. Those who enter will also be eligible for drawings throughout the day.
TEE GIFTS:
All amateurs will receive a $35 gift certificate that may be used inside the Pro Shop at Glen Oaks Country Club.
PRIZES:
Team champions will win crystal trophies courtesy of Sterling Cut Glass. There will be a payout for both the professionals and amateurs. Team payouts for flights will be determined by how many teams are in the field.

PROFESSIONAL ELIGIBILITY:
All Iowa PGA Members and Apprentices are welcome to participate regardless of classification.
STARTING TIMES:
AM Shotgun Start - 7:30AM
PM Shotgun Start - 1:30PM
FOOD:
Lunch will be served for both AM & PM players.
Breakfast will be served for AM players.
Appetizers will be served for PM players.
EXTRA CHARGES:
Extra charges for this event are $60 per player and include golf, range balls, cart, lunch, and either breakfast or appetizers. This is included in the pricing listed above.
SKINS GAME:
An optional Professional Skins and Senior Skins Game will be conducted at host facility. All Skins Games registrations will take place at host facility on day of event. Cost is $20 per game.
