FORMAT:
Teams comprised of one professional and three amateurs. 18-Hole Individual Low Pro and Team 2 Best Balls of 4, 1 Net and 1 Gross. Amateurs receive 90% of handicap. All amateur partners must have at least 2 rounds posted in 2009 on GHIN, Iowa PGA Golf Network, or CDGA by May 12, 2009, NO EXCEPTIONS! Scores must be transmitted by the date listed above. Amateurs that do not meet handicap requirements may play at a scratch handicap.

PROFESSIONAL ELIGIBILITY:
Professionals must be in an active classification and in good standing with the PGA of America.

A lunch will be served before the round starting at 11:00am. Hors d'oeuvres will be served following the round.

Extra charges for this event are $42 per player and include golf, cart, practice balls & food. Extra charges are included in entry fees.
