FORMAT:
Teams comprised of one professional and three amateurs. Team 2 Best Balls of 4 Gross, Individual Open and Senior Divisions. All amateur partners must come from the same facility as professional and all amateurs must be a member of the handicap system at the professional's facility. Or, all three amateurs may come from another facility, however, all three must be members of the handicap system at that facility. Recognized handicap systems include IPGAGN, GHIN, CDGA.
PLAYER OF THE YEAR STATUS:

PROFESSIONAL ELIGIBILITY:
Professionals must be in an active classification and in good standing with the PGA of America.
ENTRY DEADLINE:
Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at 11:59 P.M.
STARTING TIMES:
Single Shotgun Start - 11:30AM
FOOD:
A lunch will be served for all players before play starting at 10:00AM. Hor d'ouvres will be served following play at Pinnacle Country Club for all players.
EXTRA CHARGES:
Extra charges for this event are $35 per player and include golf, cart, practice balls & food. Extra charges are included in entry fees.
ENTRY FEE:
Open Division: $420 (entry fee $70*4, extra charges $35*4)
Senior Division: $420
Both Divisions: $490
SKINS GAME:
An optional skins and senior skins game will be conducted at host facility.
