| Tournament Information |

FORMAT:
54-hole stroke play. The field will be cut to the low 70 and ties following 36 holes for the final round.
CHECK-IN:
Players must check-in at the check-in table immediately when arriving at Blue Top Ridge on Thursday, August 20th. Players are not required to check-in on Friday or Saturday but must be present on the tee and ready to play at scheduled tee time.
APPEARANCE:
Professionals: While on the host facility property during the tournament, professionals shall present a neat appearance in both clothing and personal grooming. Blue jeans, shorts, cutoffs, T-shirts or shirts with no collar shall not be worn. Professional must wear long pants.
Amateurs: While on the host facility property during the tournament, amateurs may wear either long pants or tailored solid colored knee length shorts. Blue jeans, cutoffs, T-shirts or shirts with no collar shall not be worn.
Caddies: While on the host facility property, caddies may wear either long pants or tailored solid colored knee length shorts. Blue jeans, cutoffs, T-shirts or shirts with no collar shall not be worn.
RULES OF GOLF:
All play will be governed by the USGA Rules of Golf. All questions to be settled by the Iowa Open Rules Committee whose decisions are final.
CARTS:
Carts may be used at the competition. NO private carts allowed.
PERSONAL MEASURING DEVICES:
Distance-Measuring Devices: A player may obtain distance information by using a device that measures distance only. However, if during a stipulated round, a player uses a distance-measuring device that is designed to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his play (e.g., gradient, wind-speed, temperature, etc.), the player is in breach of Rule 14-3, for which the penalty is disqualification, regardless of whether any such additional functions are actually used." (See Decision 14-3/0.5)
TOURNAMENT PRIZE PAYOUT:
A true open prize payout will be utilized (no separate amateur payout) with amateurs winning a max of $750 credit at Riverside Casino and Golf Resort. |

A special room rate of $89.95 per night on weekdays (Wed & Thur) and $129.95 per night on weekends (Fri & Sat) will be available for players.
